Intralymphatic immunotherapy (ILIT) is an innovative form of allergy treatment designed for select patients who want an effective alternative to traditional allergy shots. Unlike standard immunotherapy, which requires years of injections, ILIT is delivered in just three ultrasound‑guided injections into a lymph node over a period of 8 weeks.
